About the Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor who is fast, adaptable, and understands that editing performance is different from editing for aesthetics.
You’ll work closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, and the KOL team to produce, iterate, and scale short-form videos that convert.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

- Grow from execution into stronger creative thinking over time
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing \& Production
- Edit short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Produce UGC-style ads, testimonials, problem-solution videos, and product demos
- Create multiple cut-downs and variations (hooks, pacing, formats, lengths)
Speed \& Iteration
- Work on high volumes of videos with quick turnaround times
- Make fast revisions based on feedback and performance insights
- Adapt videos across different ratios, markets, and languages when needed
Performance-Driven Editing
- Apply performance principles: strong first 3 seconds, clear messaging, clean CTAs
- Optimise pacing, captions, and visuals for thumb-stop and watch-through. Learn to edit based on data — not just what “looks nice”
Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Strategists to understand angles and hooks
- Support KOL / UGC content by polishing raw footage into ad-ready assets
- Follow brand guidelines while adapting to different creative styles
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in video editing (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Comfortable editing short-form videos for social platforms
- Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Good sense of pacing, captions, and visual storytelling
- Experience editing UGC or paid ads
- Familiarity with TikTok / Meta ad formats
- Motion graphics or text animation skills
- Understanding of what makes videos perform (hooks, retention, clarity
