Motion Graphic Designer
Job Description

About the role
We're looking for a Motion & Video Editor who can shoot, edit, and animate — end-to-end. You'll produce both short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, webinars, event recaps) content that drives brand awareness and lead generation across APAC.

Responsibilities
Production

  • Shoot on-location and in-studio: interviews, product demos, event coverage, trader stories
  • Direct talent, plan shot lists, manage lighting/audio on set
  • Own the full pipeline: pre-pro shoot edit delivery

Editing & Motion

  • Edit raw footage (screen recordings, live-action, animation) into polished content for YouTube, social, web, ads
  • Create motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, kinetic typography, basic 2D animation
  • Sync video with audio, music, SFX, and graphics for seamless final output
  • Cut both short-form (15–60s vertical) and long-form (3–20 min horizontal)

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with Brand, Performance, and Content pods to develop concepts aligned with campaign goals
  • Optimize output per platform (aspect ratios, hooks, formats, file sizes)
  • Suggest new formats and trends to increase engagement

Ops

  • Manage the asset library (b-roll, music, graphics, brand kit)
  • Maintain high technical standards (audio levels, color, resolution)
  • Meet turnaround SLAs on campaign deliverables

Must-have

  • 3+ years in video editing / motion graphics (agency or in-house)
  • Portfolio required — showreel with both short-form and long-form work
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Solid camera skills (mirrorless/DSLR), lighting, and on-set audio recording
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and platform-native editing
  • Able to work with brand guidelines and produce compliance-friendly content
  • Thai + English bilingual creative writing
