Mortgage Advisor

We are a brokerage established since 1999 and are looking for a motivated \& ambitious individual to join our growing team on a permanent basis and access to a lucrative long term and satisfying career. Ideal candidates would have 1+ years working in a Mortgage role (telephone \& face to face) with excellent interpersonal skills and a driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Guiding customers from initial application to drawdown of their mortgage,
• Actively pursuing potential sales, cross sales and up-sell opportunities to achieve and exceed targets
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure delivery of excellent customer service
• Ensuring applications are fully compliant with industry regulations
• High volume phone / email contact with mortgage customers, banks and solicitors

Requirements:

• Proven experience of working within the Irish Mortgage Market, with strong knowledge of the mortgage approval process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a high performing team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Flexibility to multi-skill and adapt in a changing environment
• QFA qualification or APA Loans \& Regulation Qualification

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
