MOGA Festival is entering a new phase of growth with multiple international editions and year-round events. We are looking for a talented and fast-moving Graphic Designer to join our team and support the visual rollout of all MOGA editions.

This is a key role within the marketing \& communication team, working closely with our creative agency, internal teams, and motion designers.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing and adapting visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines and artistic direction developed by our creative agency.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced festival environment with tight deadlines and high production volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Create web and print visuals for all MOGA editions (Portugal, Morocco, and future destinations)
• Adapt and declinate key visuals into multiple formats (social media, newsletters, website, paid ads, print assets, OOH, etc.)
• Produce and edit video content for social media and digital campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines and urgent requests
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and production teams

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media formats and digital content trends
• Ability to work fast, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

• 3+ years experience in graphic design (festival, music, lifestyle, fashion or cultural industries preferred)
• Detail-oriented but execution-focused
• Proactive, autonomous, solution-driven
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity aligned with electronic music \& contemporary culture
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback quickly
