Salary: £37,500 per annum + up to £200 per week bonus (OTE up to £47,100)

Aitchison Vehicle Services is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Mobile Mechanic to take our service on the road across the North West. What You'll Earn

• £37,500 basic salary, fully employed (PAYE)

Working Pattern

• 5-day working week
• A regular rota, so you know your days in advance
• Overtime available at weekends

The Role

• Carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs at customer locations across the North West
• Working on cars and light commercial vehicles, including fleet vehicles
• Working alongside and training an apprentice, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop into a skilled technician
• Diagnosing faults accurately and fixing them first time wherever possible
• Keeping clear, accurate job records
• Giving friendly, professional service on every job
• Keeping your van, tools and stock well organised

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a mechanic or vehicle technician
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance \& Repair, preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working independently
• Patience and a willingness to coach and mentor an apprentice
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
• A reliable, self-motivated approach and pride in your work
