المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة حالة الطلبات من الاستلام حتى إتمام التوصيل عبر منصة العمل.
- متابعة السائقين والتنسيق معهم بشأن الطلبات والتحديثات التشغيلية.
- التواصل مع المطاعم والعملاء لتوضيح حالة الطلب ومعالجة الاستفسارات التشغيلية.
- رصد التأخير أو تعثر الطلبات، وجمع المعلومات اللازمة، ومتابعة الحلول المتاحة ضمن الإجراءات المعتمدة.
- تصعيد المشكلات التي تحتاج تدخلاً إضافياً إلى المسؤول المختص ومتابعتها حتى الإغلاق.
- تسجيل التحديثات والملاحظات التشغيلية وإعداد تقارير يومية وتسليم واضح للمهام المعلقة.

Responsibilities
- Track order status from receipt through delivery completion using the operations platform.
- Follow up with drivers and coordinate with them regarding orders and operational updates.
- Communicate with restaurants and clients about order status and operational questions.
- Identify delayed or disrupted orders, gather the necessary information, and follow up on available solutions within approved procedures.
- Escalate issues requiring further intervention to the appropriate supervisor and track them through closure.
- Record operational updates and notes, prepare daily reports, and provide clear handovers of outstanding tasks.
