Our Ashburton mill operation is experiencing continued growing demand and we're looking for a casual Mill Operator to join our team when we need them most. If you are a team player, have a passion for excellence and a strong belief in the health and safety of yourself, your team, and the environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Casual Mill Operator you will be responsible for:

• Being part of the team on the mill floor, assisting in manufacturing requirements
• Ensuring accuracy of raw ingredient additives into the manufacturing process
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Bagging feed

You will be the hands and heart of the day-to-day operation of this site and active in solving issues and continuous improvement of the site and manufacturing operations.

• Your flexibility is essential — casual work means hours will vary based on operational demand
• You will also have forklift endorsement
• Be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks
• Clean MOJ record
