工作內容

Role Summary

‧Responsible for performing metallurgical preparation and evaluation of various type of coatings and materials for aircraft engine component repair.

You will also be responsible to perform mechanical testing on the coating specimen

Responsibilities

‧ Prepare the sample for mechanical testing

‧ Prepare the sample for metallurgical evaluation

‧Operate and maintain metallurgical Lab equipment

‧ Adhere to laboratory procedures when operating Lab equipment

‧Perform incoming inspection of controlled material if required

‧ Liaise with vendor on externally provided metallurgical service

‧ Ensure all external metallurgical service quotation, purchase order and certificate be delivered timely

‧ Work with Engineering for NPI metallurgical evaluation and analysis

條件要求

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably a vocational school certificate or higher vocational school certificate in
• Mechanical/Materials/Quality Assurance Engineering; or an associate degree in

Mechanical/Materials/Quality Assurance Engineering
