Merchandiser (FMCG)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Merchandiser to ensure proper product visibility, availability, and brand presence across retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, monitoring stock levels, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets regularly.
• Ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.
• Maintain product availability and check stock levels on shelves.
• Arrange and replenish products to maximize sales visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Implement in-store promotions and merchandising campaigns.
• Ensure proper placement of products in high-visibility areas.
• Check expiry dates and product quality on shelves.
• Coordinate with sales teams and store personnel for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily visit reports and market feedback.
• Build good relationships with store managers and staff.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years FMCG merchandising experience (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail channels.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store teams.
• Basic understanding of sales and merchandising principles.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
