MEP Supervisor – Facility Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee technicians and tradesmen, ensuring smooth maintenance and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to identify issues and required maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work assignments.
• Supervise and train technicians and tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Contribute to maintenance budget planning and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with management on renovation and project activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Diploma/Degree or related trade certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Well‑groomed, neat, and professional appearance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations.
