Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and develop detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Design and engineer Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems according to project requirements and UAE standards.
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor MEP installation works on-site.
- Manage day-to-day MEP activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams to ensure proper MEP integration.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with Dubai/UAE regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MEP-related challenges.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience in Dubai/UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in MEP design, execution, and site coordination.
- Proven experience working on villa projects, renovation works, and residential developments.
- Good knowledge of UAE MEP standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills with practical site knowledge.
- Hindi language is mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
