Medical Representative_Arabic Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s product portfolio to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory
• Meet monthly visit, sales, and coverage targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
• Deliver product presentations and detailing, and organize CMEs, clinic activities, and pharmacy promotions
• Secure product listings and monitor stock availability at pharmacies and distributors
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly sales reports
• Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines and company compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE (pharma, supplements, or cosmeceuticals preferred)
• Existing network of doctors and pharmacies in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English \& Arabic
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
