Licensed Esthetician Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a part of our team, you consult with clients regarding skincare, hair removal, and other beauty care and services. Your position is a combination of providing education and practical services, resulting in happy clients that are empowered to take hold of their appearance and confidence.

Licensed Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment needs and goals with clients
• Perform beauty services like hair removal, waxing, Pedicure, massage and others
• Generate and develop new clientele
• Participation in continuing education to improve effectiveness
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)
• Courteous and professional manner
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Assists in the cleanliness of the location (treatment rooms and common areas
• Follow all company policies and protocols.

Licensed Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications

• Completion of an esthetician training under a licensed esthetician School
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as an esthetician in other roles related to beauty care, cosmeceuticals , or related fields strongly preferred
• Passion for and thorough knowledge of skincare techniques and products

Salary: hourly plus full tips, commissions

COVID-19 considerations:- All estheticians always wear a face shield or mask during services and gloves are worn during all services.- All clients are screened with our health questionnaire and need to use hand sanitizer at the time they arrive

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
