Presbyterian Medical Group's Cedar Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant I or Medical Assistant II to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care while supporting providers across multiple specialties in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

This position offers a built-in career ladder, allowing qualified candidates to be considered for either the Medical Assistant I or Medical Assistant II level based on experience, education, and qualifications. Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing medical assistant procedures after completion of competency within organizations MA scope of work, under the supervision of a provider and PHS policy.
• Assists with procedures as determined by provider
• Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
• Basic foot care
• May perform regulatory audits as designated by the Clinic Manger
• Assists with visit closure
• Participates with care team to meet patient care and clinic needs, working cooperatively with others to accomplish required work in a timely and efficient manner

• May perform scribe duties after completing PMG scribe training Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior Healthcare experience preferred
• Successful completion of Presbyterian MA Advanced Skills Training within 12 months of hire
• BLS (AHA, Red Cross or ASHI Healthcare Provider) required
