Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist

A walk-in retail location that provides customers with the opportunity to take control of their health care is currently accepting applications for a part-time phlebotomist. Enjoy great compensation and a fun work environment.

We provide thousands of blood tests, paternity testing, drug screens and background checks. We service consumers as well as business customers in and around Wexford and Cranberry Area in Pennsylvania. Do not apply if it's just too far of a commute.

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED:
* Certified Phlebotomist with at least TWO years of recent experience drawing blood. Experience with blood draws A MUST.
* Ability to call businesses and explain our services, to help them make informed decisions
* Ability to sell our products and services
* Knowledge of common blood tests
* Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
* Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
* Dependable and reliable
* Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen
* Sales or customer service experience, a PLUS

DESIRED:
* Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
* Experience doing drug screens

WORK TYPE, SHIFT AND RATE:

· Seeking candidates wanting fixed schedules. Schedule TBD. Must be willing to assist manager in sales and marketing efforts. May require some travel to local customer sites some days.

· Store Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM TO 5 PM; Every other Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM
· $18 - $22 / HOUR
