Brief job Description

Work shift duties or as assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit's Operational Hours.
Receives and handover report of patient, knows the case in detail.
Provides individualized holistic care to patients using the Nursing Process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients files and that it is contemporaneous.
Carries out orders of doctors / consultants pertaining to care of patients and delegates to other team members according to their assignments.
Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives, to achieve optimal patient' satisfaction.
Carries out assignments scheduled by Unit Manager and provide feedback.

Minimum Requirements

1. Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant
