Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily media operations, content schedules, and publishing workflows
  • Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, contributors, production teams, and external partners
  • Support digital content planning, magazine features, interviews, campaigns, and media updates
  • Monitor deadlines, content quality, audience engagement, and operational reports
  • Assist with event coverage, promotional coordination, and creative project delivery
  • Prepare reports, content calendars, production updates, and workflow documentation
  • Ensure media activities follow company standards, brand guidelines, and publishing schedules

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • Experience in media operations, publishing, digital content, entertainment media, music media, marketing, or communications
  • Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience working with content teams, creative projects, or online media platforms is an advantage
