Job Title: MECHANICS Machinery Maintenance Technician (Hydraulic \& Electrical)
Location: Port Klang, Teluk Gong
Department: Production Department
Reports To: Factory Manager
Additional Information / Work Environment: This role is based in a factory environment and involves handling fiberglass materials, which may cause mild skin irritation (itchiness). Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Working Hours : M-S 830am - 5pm
OverTime : subject to manager approval incase there is urgent case.

2. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical wiring maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with hydraulic machines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining screw-type and piston-type air compressors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing and capable to lead a small maintenance team when required.
• Basic ability to read technical manuals and electrical or mechanical drawings is essential.

3. Job Objective:

To perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of production and facility equipment in line with safety standards and preventive maintenance systems, supporting smooth operations and achieving the company’s production targets.

4. Main Duties \& Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain production machinery and plant facility equipment.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks including machines, HVAC systems, lighting, and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and execute scheduled or breakdown maintenance when required.
• Follow preventive and corrective maintenance schedules effectively.
• Apply mechanical skills including electrical wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and work orders to carry out required maintenance tasks.
• Promptly report faulty operations, damaged materials, or unusual conditions to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
