Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferably UPDA Certified
At least 5 years of working experience in a construction company
Knowledge of all mechanical engineering concepts
Knowledge of the construction principles, process, method and equipment related to mechanical (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, irrigation)
Knowledge of building construction process and phases
