Job Summary
Responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and improvement of plant utilities and civil infrastructure to support safe and efficient chemical/refinery manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant utility systems including steam, compressed air, cooling water, chilled water, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
- Maintain plant infrastructure such as buildings, roads, drainage systems, pipe racks, and supporting facilities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure infrastructure reliability.
- Lead facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and CAPEX projects.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance and project activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Support energy efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, fuel manufacturing, or industrial plants.
- Knowledge of plant utilities, infrastructure maintenance, and project management.
- Experience managing contractors and infrastructure-related projects.
