Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) with strong background in fit-out and interior projects across UAE.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience, strong knowledge in HVAC systems, and familiarity with Abu Dhabi \& Dubai authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle site execution of HVAC \& mechanical works
• Supervise installation of:
• Air Conditioning Systems (VRF, DX, Chilled Water)
• Ventilation systems (AHU, FAHU, Exhaust, Fresh Air)
• Prepare and review:
• HVAC shop drawings
• As-built drawings
• Coordination drawings
• Perform heat load calculations \& equipment selection
• Coordinate with:
• Civil, electrical, and interior teams
• Clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Manage approvals with:
• Abu Dhabi Civil Defence
• Dubai Civil Defence
• Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Dubai Municipality
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and safety regulations
• Maintain DPR, inspection reports, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience (Fit-Out / MEP Projects)
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems (VRF, DX, Chilled Water)
• Ventilation and ducting systems
• UAE authority approval processes
• Experience in shop drawings \& site execution is mandatory

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• HVAC design software (HAP or similar)
• Strong MEP coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience in restaurant / retail fit-out projects
• Familiar with authority approvals process
• UAE Driving License

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Abu Dhabi (Projects across UAE)
• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
