Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance for trucks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in engines, brakes, suspension, and transmission systems.
- Perform electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repair of truck electrical systems (lighting, battery, alternator, starter, etc.).
- Conduct inspection and identify defects or potential breakdown issues.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in roadside breakdown recovery when required.
- Maintain proper records of repair work and parts used.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper handling of tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–5 years working experience in truck or heavy vehicle maintenance (preferred).
- Strong knowledge in both mechanical and electrical systems of commercial vehicles.
- Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
