Job description:

We are looking for a Bartender at Maurizio’s with an in-depth knowledge of delicious classic cocktails, desire to craft signature drinks, decent wine knowledge and a flair for creating memorable guests’ experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction.

What you will be doing as a Bartender:

• Creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
• Providing guest with food \& beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
• Promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
• Communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
• Stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
• Checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
• Counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
• Such other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time.

The person we are looking for has:

• A valid Smart Serve Certification;
• Moderate wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge;
• Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service;
• Excellent observation skills \& high attention to detail, offering a helping hand to all guests whenever needed, before they even need to ask;
• Strong communication skills.
