Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maths \& English Teacher/Tutor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment. Exemplary high schoolers (year 11/12s) can be considered for assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize provided teaching materials and answer keys to conduct effective lessons.
• Create a supportive learning atmosphere in smaller classroom settings.
• Assess and address students' learning needs, and develop tailored course materials to enhance their educational experience.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit excellent creative and persuasive writing abilities, guiding students in developing their writing skills.
• Show reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain punctuality and uphold a high standard of personal presentation.

Qualifications \& Experience:

• Relevant qualifications recognized in Australia.
• Strong academic performance in English or Literature.
• Availability to work after school hours or on weekends.
• Knowledge of Singapore Maths is advantageous but not essential.
• This position is suitable for undergraduate university students or exemplary high schoolers seeking casual employment.
