MISSION

Render a quick and effective service to the supply demands of the different productive sections and to the clients’ deliveries.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Carry out the loading and unloading tasks, and to prepare the merchandises, raw materials, intermediate and finished product, in the plant warehouse.
• Distribute the products physically in the warehouse fixed areas according to the location plans, between those fixed areas and productivity areas and between production areas.
• Record the movements of materials and carry out the warehouse inventory.
• Perform the administrative responsibilities and inform internal FICOSA systems with the operations related to the warehouse: delivery notes, invoices, clients’ orders, etc.
• Guarantee that total amounts of materials (quantity) and documentation received is the agreed in each case.
• Identify areas for improvement in his/her area and to participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.
• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren, organizasyonumuzda görevlendirmek üzere aşağıdaki özellikleri taşıyan "Forklift Operatörü" olarak görev alacak çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz.

• Lise mezunu,
• Forklift ehliyetine sahip,
• Tercihen Manlift ehliyetine sahip,
• Tercihen Lojistik Mesleki Yeterlilik Eğitimi almış ve sertifikası mevcut,
• Benzer pozisyonda en az 3 yıl tecrübe sahibi,
• Vardiyalı çalışma konusunda istekli,
• İletişim becerileri iyi,
• Bursa'da ikamet eden

İŞ TANIMI

• Fabrika deposunda yükleme ve boşaltma işlerini yapmak ve malları, hammaddeleri, ara ve bitmiş ürünleri hazırlamak,
• Ürünleri fiziksel olarak depo sabit alanlarında, yerleşim planlarına göre, bu sabit alanlar ile verimlilik alanları arasında ve üretim alanları arasında dağıtmak,
• Gerekli olduğunda elleçleme işlemlerini yürütmek,
• Malzemelerin hareketlerini kaydetmek ve depo envanterini gerçekleştirmek,
• İdari sorumlulukları yerine getirmek ve depo ile ilgili işlemlerle dahili sistemlerini bilgilendirmek: irsaliyeler, faturalar, müşteri siparişleri vb. ,
• Alınan toplam malzeme (miktar) ve belgelerin her durumda mutabık kalınan miktar olduğunu garanti etmek,
• Yalın modeli ve stratejik yönergeleri izleyerek kendi alanındaki iyileştirme alanlarını belirlemek ve alanın sürekli iyileştirme faaliyetlerine katılmak,
