Lead Enterprise DevOps Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Master DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of modern DevOps practices across enterprise software development teams.

This strategic role combines technical leadership, DevOps engineering, automation, mentoring, and process optimization. You will help define best practices, improve software delivery pipelines, coach engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency across the software development lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Improve software delivery workflows through automation and DevOps best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote continuous improvement across development and operations teams.
• Mentor and train engineering teams on DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop reusable automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Review and validate pull requests for shared automation libraries.
• Create standardized documentation and technical guidelines.
• Develop training materials for DevOps tools, pipelines, and automation techniques.
• Support the adoption of enterprise DevOps standards across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, architects, developers, and operations teams.
• Act as a technical reference for infrastructure automation and continuous delivery initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• 10–15+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with:
• Jenkins
• Git
• Docker
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills using:
• Bash
• PowerShell
• Python
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture, automation, and software delivery practices.
• Experience reviewing automation code and shared libraries.

Leadership \& Methodology

• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or DevOps Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience driving engineering process improvements.
• Ability to coach and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience defining technical standards and best practices.
