ob Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage and body treatments according to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports, and relaxation massage.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, medical concerns, and treatment preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment area.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, towels, oils, and other required materials.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and professional service throughout the treatment.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on clients’ requirements and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow company procedures.
- Handle client feedback professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow UAE health, safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Promote spa/health club services and assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
- Relevant massage therapy or spa certification.
- Good knowledge of different massage techniques and body treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, resorts, spas, wellness centers, or health clubs will be preferred.
