Are you a skilled Massage Therapist with a passion for wellness and travel? Join MSC Cruises and deliver exceptional massage and spa treatments to guests from around the globe while exploring stunning destinations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and more.
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area, following health and safety regulations.
• Promote spa services and products, contributing to retail sales.
• Collaborate with the spa team to create a harmonious wellness environment.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Requirements:

• Professional certification in massage therapy.
• Proven experience in a spa or wellness center, preferably onboard.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onboard for extended contracts (6–9 months).
