Job Scope:

Provide manual therapy such as tuina, sports massage , and other traditional modalities.
Apply physiotherapy knowledge where applicable to support holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold high clinical standards.
Assist with the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service.
Work well with team, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Build strong rapport with clients and provide follow-up care as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Support business growth through service recommendations, patient retention efforts, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
