We are looking for a professional, skilled, and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality massage services to clients at their homes, hotels, offices, and other preferred locations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong massage therapy skills, a professional attitude, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to client comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage treatments according to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology, Prenatal, and other wellness treatments.
- Consult with clients before each session to understand their requirements and identify areas of tension or discomfort.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment during every treatment.
- Use proper massage techniques, pressure, and body mechanics.
- Prepare and maintain massage equipment, including massage tables, towels, oils, and other required supplies.
- Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures before and after each appointment.
- Respect client privacy, boundaries, and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide a personalized experience based on each client's preferences.
- Arrive at appointments on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the booking/support team.
- Report any client concerns or relevant observations to the management team.
- Maintain a high standard of service and contribute to positive client reviews and repeat bookings.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
- Professional massage therapy training or certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of different massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes, hotels, offices, and other locations in Dubai.
- Ability to work independently while following company standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform massage treatments safely.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Commitment to hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with luxury or home-service massage.
- Knowledge of multiple massage techniques.
- Ability to adapt pressure and techniques according to client preferences.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
