MASSAGE THERAPIST

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented

Massage Therapist

to provide professional massage and wellness treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, a strong service mindset, and a commitment to delivering a safe, comfortable, and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, sports massage, and other approved therapies.

Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable massage treatments, wellness services, and packages.

Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing treatment experience.

Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, linens, and equipment before each session.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.

Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and retail wellness products.

Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred.

Previous experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage.

Knowledge of various massage techniques and body therapies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
