Marketing Specialist ROM (f/m/d
M ain Purpose of the role
Maximizing the sales of Nufarm products by increasing brand visibility and awareness in the online environment and mass media for Romania and Republic of Moldova
Main Activities and Responsibilities for RO and MD:
Develops, together with the Marketing \& Development Manager, the promotion strategy in the digital and mass media environment for each brand.
Implements strategies for accessing social media channels – Google, Meta, YouTube – depending on the positioning and needs of each brand, in accordance with Nufarm regional and global guidelines. Monitors specific KPIs to measure the impact of these channels.
Develops, in-house or through agencies, the necessary content for the brands’ digital platforms (video, images, text, etc.), in compliance with the branding manual.
Ensures the implementation of company brand identity elements in the digital environment – both on company websites and business partners’ websites.
Ensures the implementation of brand actions with a digital component (tactical actions, specific projects, Salesforce) on company websites.
Ensures the accuracy of product information (functions, features) in the digital environment, both on company and distributor websites. Reports any discrepancies between product sheets and digital information to the Marketing \& Development Manager.
Ensures correct and consistent representation of customer feedback in the digital environment: forums, retailer websites, and other communication channels.
Maintains and updates the website, Salesforce, and any other platform related to the company and its brands.
Participates in any company activity related to the digital area, across departments, aimed at enhancing the company’s image in this channel.
Proposes and ensures implementation of digital solutions and ideas to position the company and its brands as early adopters, building a reputation as a promoter of innovation.
Creates monthly reports from YouTube, Google Analytics, and social media channels and submits them to the direct manager.
Creates and updates a customer database in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
Coordinates the “Salesforce” platform for active communication of training presentations to company clients.
Reports daily to the direct manager any issues that may affect the promotion plan and proposes corrective solutions.
Prepares layouts of informational materials and submits them for approval within deadlines.
Establishes the publishing calendar for Facebook (and, where applicable, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), finalizes and obtains approval by August 15 for the following fiscal year.
Supervises the production and distribution of advertising materials (POS), brochures, catalogs, and other printed materials.
Organizes corporate meetings such as conferences for clients and employees, press conferences, and field demo meetings for journalists and agri-industry vloggers.
Prepares and submits monthly activity reports to the direct manager, including quarterly marketing budget execution analysis, stock of promotional materials, and annual media plan implementation.
Provides support for organizing seminars or field events – preparation of promotional, informational, and signage materials.
Prepares the annual marketing budget proposal and maintains strict tracking in Excel of action status and associated costs.
Prepares contracts and annexes with partners and suppliers and ensures compliance with terms and deadlines.
Coordinates drafting and distribution of press releases, articles, and media materials.
Manages relationships with press, media partners, and influencers.
Organizes and coordinates events (product launches, press conferences, trade fairs, seminars, etc.).
Coordinates with the Marketing \& Development Manager before sending final versions of actions and documents internally and externally.
Participates in sales reporting to AIPROM (Association of Producers and Importers of Plant Protection Products) and other related projects.
Ensures compliance of all marketing materials and campaigns with local regulations, Nufarm policies and industry standards (including agrochemical regulations, where applicable).
Identifies opportunities for innovation in digital tools, platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
Manages and monitors online reputation, including reviews, comments, and potential crisis situations.
Performs other tasks as requested by management.

Experience and Qualifications:
University degree
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or related fields
