This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity (38 hours per week) reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and will work onsite at our Macquarie Park Headquarters.

Job Description

You’ll make a difference in this role by:

  • Working collaboratively to develop clear, concise and engaging SEO-optimised copy and content for the website to drive user engagement and conversion
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager to develop website personas and an administrative strategy that ensures a seamless, engaging and efficient user experience for website users
  • Drafting scripts and identifying key messages to build content bank for marketing campaigns including paid advertising
  • Making meaningful contributions to the social media team, writing engaging and impactful copy and scheduling organic content
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts \& conversations, responding to comments, messages and mentions promptly and in line with the company's tone and guidelines
  • Working with designers to produce high-quality digital communication campaigns
  • Consulting with the Head of Marketing and Creative and the Digital Marketing Manager, review and evaluate the effectiveness of digital and social media content
  • Collating, analysing, and presenting relevant data in order to understand strategy performance and to identify actionable insights
  • Assisting with the management, implementation and promotion of events, conferences and expos (both independently and/or in partnership with other NextSense personnel)
  • Ensuring marketing and communications key messages are consistent with NextSense brand guidelines

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • Demonstrated Experience (5+ Years) in a similar role.
  • Experience in driving and supporting Search Engine Optimisation
  • Ability to analyse data sets and present findings/recommendations
  • Proven track record implementing successful marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention and awareness
  • Knowledge of best practice writing for web and social channels
  • Demonstrated success in the digital marketing space
  • Experience in leading project and events management, and the ability to work in a high-volume, high-output team environment
  • Proven track record working effectively across cross functional teams and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • Valid Working With Children Check and National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
