Our current flagship development, Rivea, is a luxury residential tower positioned in Surfers Paradise. This exceptional waterfront location provides a rare opportunity to deliver a truly iconic address within the Gold Coast market. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the strategic marketing and brand positioning of Rivea and contribute to the ongoing growth of the wider group.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives, focusing on brand growth, market visibility, and agent engagement.

Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, to engage and inform our target audience.

Campaign Execution \& Analysis: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns,optimizing ROI through data-driven insights and continuous refinement.

Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies toincrease online visibility, generate leads, and retain clients.

Market Research \& Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research toidentify emerging trends and assess our competitive positioning within the real estateindustry.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal andexternal stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and team members.

Event Planning \& Execution: Organize and manage events, workshops, and seminars to promote our services and engage with stakeholders.

Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging, social media engagement, and local community outreach.

Ideal Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Over two years of marketing experience, preferably within the property sector.

Interstate work trips: your are required to travel between Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits:

Competitive salary package (AU$85,000 to $95,000 + super).

Full-time, permanent position in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
