Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the marketing strategy for My Shops Electronics Trading L.L.C and MYX Electronics. You will drive brand awareness, customer footfall, and online conversions across our retail stores and e-commerce platforms. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance creative campaign development with rigorous analytical tracking to ensure all marketing efforts drive measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution \& Management
- Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable plans and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, in-store, and PR).
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the promotional calendar, ensuring seasonal offers and product launches are launched on time.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines.
Digital \& E-commerce Growth
- Manage e-commerce marketing activities to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition costs.
- Supervise social media presence and community engagement to build a loyal customer base.
- Optimize performance marketing efforts (SEM/Paid Social) to maximize ROI.
Market Analysis \& Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide weekly reports on KPIs, traffic, and sales attribution.
- Stay ahead of electronics retail trends and competitor activities within the UAE to suggest tactical pivots.
- Use customer data to refine targeting strategies and improve the effectiveness of loyalty programs.
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with the Procurement and Retail teams to ensure marketing efforts support inventory levels and store targets.
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media buying, or PR) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support internal communications to ensure store staff are fully briefed on active promotions.
Budget Coordination
- Monitor the marketing spend against the approved budget, focusing on cost-efficiency and performance.
- Ensure all localized campaigns comply with UAE National Media Council (NMC) regulations.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the UAE retail or global consumer electronics sector.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce CMS platforms.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE consumer landscape and local shopping festivals (e.g., Dubai Shopping Festival, Black Friday).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a small team and drive projects across different departments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Arabic OR English/Hindi) is a significant advantage in the Dubai market.

Pay: AED11,000.00 per month
