Marketing Manager – Minogue Furniture

Minogue Furniture is looking for an experienced, creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation and building brands. We’re looking for somebody who can bring fresh ideas, take ownership of our marketing activity and play a key role in growing the Minogue Furniture brand.

Working closely with senior management, you will help develop promotions and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and grow sales across our stores and online.

With our new Shopify website currently under construction, you will also play an important role in developing and managing our online presence.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who is comfortable managing everything from content creation and social media to promotions, campaigns and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to grow the Minogue Furniture brand and drive sales
• Work closely with senior management to create promotions and sales-driving campaigns
• Bring fresh and creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and marketing activity
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts
• Create engaging content, including photography, video and reels
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, print and radio
• Assist with the launch and ongoing management of our new Shopify website
• Manage website content, promotions and online campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and competitor activity

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and proactive, with strong experience in marketing.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role
• Strong experience managing social media and creating engaging content
• Experience with digital marketing, promotions and sales-driven campaigns
• Shopify or e-commerce experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A creative eye and the confidence to bring forward new ideas
• A hands-on attitude and genuine interest in growing a brand
