Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are a diversified holding company based in Kuwait, managing a growing portfolio of distinct brands across multiple sectors, including Tech \& Software solutions, Fragrances/Perfumes, and Food \& Beverage (F\&B).

We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and highly strategic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing ecosystem. Instead of focusing on just one product, you will be the driving force behind the positioning, growth, and identity of multiple unique brands. **What You Will Do:**

  • *Multi-Brand Strategy:** Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each of our business lines (Software, Fragrances, and Food products), ensuring each brand has a clear voice and market position.
  • *Campaign Management:** Plan and oversee end-to-end launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and digital marketing efforts across all platforms.
  • *Content \& Social Media Direction:** Guide and review content creation, visual identity, and social media presence for each brand to ensure high-quality, engaging output.
  • *Data-Driven Optimization:** Keep a close eye on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates, adjusting budgets and tactics based on actual results.
  • *Local Market Insight:** Continuously analyze the Kuwaiti market, competitor moves, and consumer trends to spot new growth opportunities for our tech, retail, and food brands.
  • *Team \& Vendor Coordination:** Work with internal teams and coordinate with external designers, agencies, or freelancers to get things done efficiently and on time.

**What We Are Looking For:**

  • **Experience:** 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a background in an agency setup or managing multiple brands simultaneously. Experience in the Kuwait/GCC market is essential.
  • **Industry Familiarity:** A solid understanding of digital marketing, retail/e-commerce dynamics (great for our fragrance and food lines), and B2B/B2C tech positioning.
  • **Mindset:** A multi-tasker who doesn't get overwhelmed by managing different projects at the same time. You should be highly organized and self-driven.
  • **Skills:** Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a good eye for design and branding.
  • **Language:** Fluent in English. Strong Arabic communication skills are highly preferred given our diverse product lines.

Pay: KD500.000 - KD800.000 per month
