We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own digital marketing and growth across two connected businesses:
Helping Hands Behaviour Support (HHBS) — an NDIS-registered behaviour support and ABA therapy provider operating across Bundoora, Craigieburn, Werribee, Eltham and Point Cook. We support children and families with additional needs, and we're growing fast.
Lumora Early Learning Centre \& Kindergarten — a Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning brand with our first centre operating and new centres opening across Victoria (Pakenham and Elliminyt next). Beautiful spaces, a proprietary curriculum, and a genuine point of difference in a crowded market.
This is not a role where you push posts out and hope. You'll own the pipeline: enquiries in, tours booked, children enrolled, referrals landed. You'll have budget, autonomy, and direct access to the founders — and you'll be able to point at the growth you created.
What you'll ownDigital \& performance marketing (both brands)
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads across both brands, with real accountability for cost per enquiry, cost per enrolment and cost per referral — not vanity metrics
- Own SEO: on-page, local SEO, content, and Google Business Profile management across every site and centre
- Build and maintain landing pages and website content (Wix + WordPress)
- Set up and run email and SMS nurture campaigns for enquiries, waitlists and referral partners
Social media \& content
- Own the content calendar, planning and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs and TikTok for both brands
- Plan and run filming days — capture real footage in our centres and clinics, then turn it into a month of content
- Build the parent testimonial and staff spotlight engine
- Keep two distinct brand identities consistent and beautiful
Enrolments \& enquiry funnel (Lumora)
- Own the enquiry-to-enrolment funnel end to end: fast response, tour booking, follow-up, conversion
- Run pre-opening waitlist campaigns for new centres — local community activation, estate and community partnerships, letterbox and signage strategy, open days and launch events
- Drive occupancy. This is the number that matters.
Referral growth (HHBS)
- Build and maintain a referral partner CRM — support coordinators, plan managers, LACs, paediatricians, GPs, allied health providers, early intervention services and schools
- Create the collateral that makes referring to us easy: referral packs, service one-pagers, capability statements
- Run structured outreach campaigns and a follow-up cadence so no relationship goes cold
- Represent us at NDIS and disability expos, community events and information nights
Reputation \& reporting
- Run a proactive Google review generation strategy across all locations, and monitor and respond to reviews
- Report monthly to the Directors on spend, pipeline, conversion, cost per acquisition and occupancy — with clear recommendations, not just numbers
About you
You'll need:
- 3+ years in a hands-on marketing role where you personally ran the ads, wrote the copy and owned the results (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets and improving them
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and local/multi-location SEO
- Confident with social media content creation — you can shoot, edit and publish, not just brief someone else
- Comfortable with CRM, email marketing and marketing automation tools
- Excellent written English and a warm, human tone — you'll be writing for parents making emotional decisions about their children
- Analytical: you look at the numbers before you look at the creative
- Australian working rights, current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain), and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus points for:
- Experience in early childhood education, healthcare, allied health, NDIS or disability services
- Understanding of the NDIS referral ecosystem (support coordinators, plan managers, LACs)
- Experience marketing a multi-site or franchise business
- Experience launching a new location or site from scratch
- Comfort with AI tools and automation (Make.com, ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier) — we run a modern, automated stack and we want someone who'll lean into it
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) and video editing

Pay: $71,228.31 – $174,946.64 per year
