We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team , responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications to driv e better customer outcomes and a strong return on marketing investment.

We spoke with our Head of Marketing and she let us know the following about the tūranga (role):

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Auckland. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.

What are the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

• Understanding the behaviours, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop \& deliver marketing communications programmes .
• M anaging programmes of work across paid and direct channels , working closely with agency partners from briefing and planning through to go-live and optimisation .
• Working as part of a high performance team, leaning into creativity and challenges - proactively identifying opportunities and experimentation .
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing activity .

• Social and content initiatives demonstrating an understanding of key audiences and designing and delivering communications for engagement . Utilising data, measurement and the optimisation of activity for continuous improvement and strengthen ROMI results .

Working alongside teams and partners to leverage data and insights, while bringing fresh creativity to how we market propositions with a focus on everyday banking needs.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fostering strong collaboration with colleagues and partners. A proven track record of marketing that is audience-led and commercially effective .

You will also have:

• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications.
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of team and autonomously.
• Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market.
• Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated and effective marketing communications.
