바이탈에어코리아는 2006년부터 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 만성호흡부전, 폐쇄성수면무호흡증 등 호흡기 질환 환자를 대상으로 의료기기에 적용된 홈헬스케어 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 바이탈에어는 에어리퀴드의 글로벌 홈헬스케어 브랜드입니다.

Our company provides nationwide home therapy services (such as Sleep Apnea, Long Term Oxygen, Home Mechanical Ventilation and other therapies) by renting our group's validated medical devices. Our company's personalized patient care management, clinical experience among employees, and nation-wide presence are key differentiators for receiving patient therapy prescription referrals from physicians at hospitals.

The Marketing Manager, Home Healthcare, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, value-based and patient-centric service, and market share growth for our home therapies in respiratory and other diseases in South Korea.

This role will focus on reaching patients with chronic respiratory and other diseases (e.g., COPD, NMD, sleep apnea) and their caregivers, as well as building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how service is valued, the South Korean healthcare landscape, strong digital marketing expertise, and a passion for improving the lives of patients with chronic respiratory conditions. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Strategic Planning \& Execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, ENT doctors, neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Develop and distribute educational materials for healthcare professionals.

Digital Marketing \& Content Creation:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Create engaging and informative content for websites, social media, and marketing materials, tailored to the South Korean audience.
• Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website and online patient portals.

Key Opinion Leader of HealthCare Professional Engagement: (while Sales manager is responsible for developing/ managing H eath C are P rofessionals )

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, ENT doctors, neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.

• Develop and distribute educational materials for healthcare professionals. Patient \& Caregiver Engagement:

• Develop and implement patient education programs and support initiatives.

• Create and manage patient advocacy programs and online communities.
• Organize and participate in patient outreach events and health fairs.

Brand Management \& Communication:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
• Develop and manage public relations activities and media relations.
• Monitor and manage online reputation.

Data Analysis \& Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results to management.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and patient interactions.

Compliance:

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with South Korean healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines. Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+years of marketing experience, preferably in respiratory care or other home healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the South Korean healthcare market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track records of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent digital marketing skills , including SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search Engine Marketing) , social media, and content marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI (Gemini) is preferred
• People Management experience is preferred
