Job Summary
OVO Signature is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in AI-powered marketing, digital campaigns, branding, and customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns while utilizing AI tools and automation platforms to enhance content creation, advertising performance, lead generation, and brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative marketing strategy and modern AI technologies that improve efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, customer insights, and automation workflows
- Create and oversee marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and product launches
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Manage branding, visual direction, and communication strategies across all channels
- Work closely with creative, sales, and operations teams to align marketing objectives with business goals
- Develop lead generation strategies and customer acquisition campaigns
- Optimize SEO, social media performance, and paid advertising campaigns
- Implement AI-driven marketing automations and CRM workflows
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and emerging platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or marketing leadership roles
- Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing, content generation, automation, and analytics
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media management
- Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, automation tools, or similar technologies
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong creative direction, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, beauty, or e-commerce industries
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar business systems
- Knowledge of content production, influencer marketing, and creative campaign development
- Understanding of customer journey optimization and performance marketing
