Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator to manage Klavy’s marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media and content creation.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire creative process, from developing ideas and writing scripts to filming, editing, designing, and publishing engaging content that grows Klavy’s brand and attracts new users.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage Klavy’s social media accounts, content calendar, posting schedule, and audience engagement.
• Content Creation: Develop creative ideas, write scripts and captions, film and edit videos, take photos, and create engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Graphic Design: Design posters, promotional materials, social media posts, banners, and other marketing visuals.
• Marketing \& Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, influencer collaborations, and creative initiatives to increase brand awareness and app downloads.
• Partner Promotions: Coordinate with partner businesses to create content showcasing their locations, products, services, and exclusive offers.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding across social media, the app, website, and other marketing channels.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, follow trends, and continuously develop new ideas to improve engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong creativity, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently develop ideas, write scripts, film, and edit videos.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar editing and design software.
• Ability to create professional graphics, promotional materials, and engaging short-form videos.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• 3 days per week: Office-based in Doha.
• Remaining working days: Remote, working from home.
• 1 day off per week.
• Specific working days and hours will be agreed upon with management.

We’re looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to completion and handle everything from creative planning to the final published content.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
