Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy \& Planning
Help shape and deliver Enable's marketing strategy.
Support customer acquisition, retention, and market positioning.
Ensure marketing activities align with long-term brand objectives.
Campaign Management
Lead planning, delivery, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage end-to-end campaigns across:
Digital marketing
Social media
Direct marketing
Content marketing
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
Brand \& Customer Experience
Champion the Enable brand across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure marketing communications are consistent and customer-focused.
Use customer and market insights to improve engagement.
Performance Analysis
Monitor campaign performance.
Analyze marketing metrics and ROI.
Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
Skills \& Experience Required
Experience in a senior marketing or marketing leadership role.
Strong campaign management experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.
Commercial and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
