About the Role
Aisling Group is looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Designer \& Videographer Intern to join our team on-site. You'll work closely with our marketing team to bring ideas to life across video, social, and print/digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and produce video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use
- Shoot and edit interviews, event coverage, promotional videos, and short-form social content
- Add motion graphics, titles, captions, color correction, and sound design to video projects
- Design supporting graphics, including social media assets, presentation templates, and marketing collateral
- Must have the ability to design website banners, landing page visuals, and other web-ready creative assets.
- Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, project files, and finished assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists
- Stay current on video and design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio for video shoots
- Strong storytelling instincts and attention to visual detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio or reel showcasing video and/or design work
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Photography experience

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
