• Develop and launch marketing campaigns targeting both customers and delivery partners.
• Lead initiatives to attract, engage, and retain users and driver partners.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and creative execution to performance analysis and reporting.
• Enhance customer engagement across app notifications, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
• Analyze customer behavior, monitor KPIs, and track market trends and competitor activity.
• Work closely with local and regional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

職務経験 3年以上 キャリアレベル 中途経験者レベル 英語レベル 日常会話レベル (英語使用比率: 50％程度) 日本語レベル ネイティブ 最終学歴 専門学校卒 現在のビザ 日本での就労許可が必要ですスキル・資格

• 3+ years of hands-on experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong business communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM platforms, including tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
