Roots Bangsar is a vibrant F\&B destination known for artisanal coffee, wood-fired pizzas, and memorable dining experiences. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive brand growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing \& Social Media

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Plan, schedule, and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reservations.
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports and insights.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including short-form videos, reels, TikTok content, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate content production from concept development to publishing.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

AI-Powered Marketing

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, and other generative AI platforms to support content creation, copywriting, campaign planning, and marketing efficiency.
• Explore innovative AI solutions to enhance marketing performance and productivity.

Influencer \& KOL Management

• Identify, engage, and manage suitable influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate collaborations, campaigns, and content deliverables.
• Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Event \& Brand Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, roadshows, promotional events, and corporate activities.
• Support pre-event promotions, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with operations teams, designers, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Experience in F\&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu marketing.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content editing tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Malay.
