Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies across multiple APAC markets to drive brand growth, revenue, and customer engagement for premium lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies for retail and e-commerce across Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Japan to increase market share and revenue
- Drive brand positioning and design campaigns that enhance brand equity and foster customer loyalty
- Lead omni-channel initiatives including digital marketing, CRM, fan activation, and community engagement to expand customer reach and engagement
- Manage P\&L, KPIs, and budget allocations to ensure sustained revenue growth and profitability
- Oversee product launches, flagship store openings, and innovative retail concepts to maximize market impact
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across markets to achieve business objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize strategic planning and execution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple APAC markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Japan
- Expertise in budget management, branding, digital marketing, retail operations, and omni-channel commerce
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with the China office; proficiency in Japanese and/or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
- Experience with trend-driven sub-brands, celebrity collaborations, and fan economy activation
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
