We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to own reporting and insights across our digital marketing channels and broader ecommerce operation. You will be the team's go-to for understanding what is working, what is not, and where the opportunity is across Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO, and on-site performance.

We are also in the process of rethinking our data infrastructure, from GA4 and BigQuery through to Power BI dashboards and data connectors. This person will help us build that foundation. We work with a complex internal database, and we need someone who is comfortable navigating imperfect data and connecting it to clean, reliable reporting. If you are strong in marketing analytics and want to grow into the technical side of data, this role gives you the room to do that.

What you will do in this role:

Channel Reporting and Insights

  • Report on performance across all digital marketing channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO, and on-site.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, conversion rate, CPC, CTR, revenue, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Support broader ecommerce and marketing analytics, including sales funnel performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI.
  • Identify trends and surface actionable insights that drive decisions on spend, strategy, and site performance.
  • Present findings to marketing and leadership in a clear, non-technical narrative.

Dashboards and Reporting Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain automated channel dashboards
  • Build Excel models using lookups and dynamic logic to support flexible, self-updating reporting.
  • Own the central marketing performance dashboard used by the broader team.
  • Help evaluate and onboard data connector tools (e.g., Supermetrics or MCPs) to centralize cross-channel reporting.

Data Foundation

  • Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager configuration, including UTM tracking conventions and campaign taxonomy.
  • Work with our internal database and BigQuery to connect data sources and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate ad hoc analysis.

What you bring:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing analytics, ecommerce analytics, or digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience reporting across digital channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, and Email are core to this role.
  • Proven ability to build reports and dashboards across multiple tools, including Power BI, Excel, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills, including models built with lookups and dynamic logic.
  • Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking as a measurement discipline.
  • Comfortable working with complex or imperfect data and finding practical ways to make it useful.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Google Analytics certification

As an ideal Candidate you have:

  • Experience with Google BigQuery or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with data connector tools such as Supermetrics or similar
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis or workflow automation.
  • Background in retail, ecommerce, or DTC.
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, analytics, data, or a related field.

Compensation: $60,000 - 70,000 total compensation range, which includes base salary and performance-based bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
