We're looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing \& Creative Coordinator to help take our marketing efforts to the next level. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dunnville, Ontario. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, teamwork, and being actively involved in the day-to-day energy of our business.

About the Role

The Marketing \& Creative Coordinator will lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. You will oversee creative projects, manage marketing deadlines, coordinate campaigns, supervise one direct report, and work closely with the Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence.

This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional creative talent with strong organizational and leadership skills.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with advanced experience in social media content creation, short-form video production, graphic design, website management, and digital marketing.

This is an on-site position based in Dunnville, Ontario. Remote work is not available. We strongly believe our best ideas come from collaboration, brainstorming, and working together as a team.

What You'll Do

Creative \& Brand Development

• Design professional marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, signage, banners, promotional materials, and in-store graphics.
• Create engaging visual content that reflects and strengthens our brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns for seasonal promotions, special events, and community initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Social Media \& Content Creation

• Manage and grow social media platforms across multiple business locations.
• Create engaging reels, videos, stories, and short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Capture photography and video content in-store, at events, and throughout the community.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to continually improve performance.

Website \& Digital Marketing

• Manage and maintain company websites using Wix and other website platforms.
• Update website content, promotions, products, events, and landing pages.
• Optimize website user experience and ensure content remains current and engaging.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer database management.

Project Coordination \& Leadership

• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion.
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and departmental deadlines.
• Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and support to the Marketing \& Creative Content Specialist.
• Collaborate closely with management and department leaders to execute marketing objectives.

Community \& Event Support

• Support and promote community events, charity initiatives, store promotions, and special events.
• Assist with event planning, execution, and promotional activities.
• Help strengthen GrandErie's connection to the communities we serve.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio.
• Experience creating high-quality social media content, reels, and video assets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva Pro and other digital content tools.
• Website management experience, particularly Wix.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and current content trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Leadership \& Organizational Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience coordinating deadlines and workflow.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and receive feedback professionally.
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring team members.
