BuildingPoint Canada is looking for a driven, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to own and execute our marketing function end-to-end. This is a high-impact, highly visible role – you will be the go-to marketing lead for BuildingPoint Canada, setting strategy, creating content, running campaigns, and building a pipeline that the sales team can act on.
You will work closely with the Cansel Group shared services team – including project managers, graphic designers, translators, and creative specialists – and leverage those resources to punch above your weight. Move fast, stay scrappy, and keep OPEX lean without sacrificing quality or reach.

W H A T Y O U ' L L O W N
- Define and execute BuildingPoint Canada's integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, and professional networks – with lead generation as the consistent through-line across all
- Own SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) from keyword strategy and on-page optimization to building content that shows up in AI-powered and traditional search
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Eurostaffs, Google, Instagram, and other relevant channels relevant to the construction and geospatial tech
- Manage and grow BuildingPoint Canada's presence on Eurostaffs and other platforms — content calendar, engagement, community, and
- Brief and coordinate shared services (designers, translators, project managers) to produce polished marketing assets efficiently and on
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, email sequences, and lead nurture programs; ensure clean, actionable CRM data in Salesforce.
- Produce compelling content – copy, video scripts, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces – that resonate with professionals in construction, surveying, and geospatial industries.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs (MQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution) and deliver clear reporting with actionable recommendations to

Must-haves
- 3–5+ years in a marketing coordinator, specialist, or equivalent role
- Hands-on HubSpot experience – campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
- Salesforce familiarity – maintaining clean pipeline data and supporting CRM integrity
- Proven SEO and AEO skills – you understand how search (including AI-powered search) works and how to win it
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Social media strategy and execution – particularly Eurostaffs for B2B audiences
- Ability to brief and manage creative resources independently, without micromanagement
- Data literacy – you track what matters, interpret results, and optimize relentlessly
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B, technology, construction, or geospatial/surveying industries
- Proficiency with AI tools such as HeyGen, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut
- Basic video production and editing skills
- Google Ads and/or Eurostaffs Ads certifications
- WordPress or similar CMS experience
- Bilingual (English/French) – an asset given our national presence and translation resources
- Experience with product photography or visual asset creation
